Autumn Recap:
1. Take the holiday I've waited years for:
After 3 years since booking, I finally did my trip around the West Coast of America. It certainly had it's chaotic and stressy moments but I still saw some lovely sights; Yosemite, San Francisco, the Pacific Coastline, Santa Monica, Death Valley and I witnessed the madness of Vegas. Plus, I came home with Covid and a stalker...
2. Indulge in festive activities as soon as possible:
As soon as bonfire night was over, the Christmas music went straight on my ipod (yes, I'm so uncool). But I also did loads of other festive activities that I've never done before like a light walk at a local castle and seeing an alternative version of Love Actually with a live orchestra. I ate loads of food, watched favourite Christmas films as well as some new ones and had a festive meal with my pub quiz team.
3. Get to know my cousins better:
I certainly got to know my two cousins I travelled with a lot...
2023 Winter Goals: January-March
1. Feng Shui my house
I'd like to create a small walk in wardrobe in my spare room and move my bedroom and lounge around. Also, I'd like to get started with renovating my bathroom... even if I just around to contacting a plumber.
2. Travel and plan some travel
Cost of living crisis depending, I'd like to make this year a travel year. I already have trips booked for January, March and June but I'm hoping to travel some more.
3. 'Do things'
I'd like to utilise my weekends a bit more whether that's big things like going to London for the day, or little things like seeing friends.
Hopefully this winter won't seem as long as last year and I'm looking forward to lighter evenings hopefully soon.
